The Waite Phillips Residence 1927-1938.
Architect - Edward Buehler Delk (1885-1956) Kansas City, Missouri
Location: 2727 South Rockford Road, Tulsa, Oklahoma
Villa Philbrook was built in the 1920's, on 23 acres, by oilman Waite
Phillips. Villa Philbrook was constructed with a steel framwork and
reinforced concrete. East of the house are the gardens. There is a
waterfall and rock garden leading to a pool. At the far end stands a
tempietto, lining up with the upper terrace of the main house.
